		<description>Yay Nerd Chick!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Yes maam, once you get to a weight that you&#039;re happy with, i&#039;d recommend bumping that calorie number up until you&#039;re maintaining your weight.  Adding in a handful of almonds or walnuts is a great way to up the calories with good quality fats, and it&#039;s a quick snack.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-Steve</description>

		<description>So just to clarify... My current calorie intake every day is between 1500 and 1700. (yep, nerd chick. hi!) Been about 98% paleo for almost a week and it&#039;s going beautifully, i&#039;ll probably always eat like this. When I get down to where I want to stay, about 135-140, I should raise the calories up to around 1900 to maintain, right? I mean, if I kept the cals at that level, I&#039;d keep losing. So I need to keep the diet good and healthy, but just up the amount slightly when I get to where I want to be?</description>
