		<description>Great article that states all the necessary facts! It&#039;s absolutely fascinating/frustrating (at times) how quickly one&#039;s metabolism can change from incorporating constant exercise.  I used to have a pretty quick metabolism, but once I started to break my meals down into six on a daily basis and incorporated exercise five days a week, my metabolism sped up to an insane rate.  4,000 calories definitely is around the right amount for a slow gainer.  Also cutting break times between sets is so detrimental when lifting.  Just a great article at the end of the day that is a definitely something to follow for any beginner. </description>

However, I can say that this is probably the best article I&#039;ve come across on the internet regarding this topic.  I can say that my personal training program has been very similar to this article (both the exercises and diet).  I think people will have great success following this approach.</description>
