		<description>I&#039;m new to Nerd Fitness but the article is amazing. I&#039;m a Jedi realist so am already quite familiar with applying the Jedi philosophy to all aspects of life. This article does an excellent job of applying those philosophies to fitness in a way that is empowering and motivating.  I&#039;ve shared it with the other members of the Institute for Jedi Realist Studies. http://instituteforjedirealiststudies.org

The choices you make and the actions you take will sculpt your future.&quot; - that&#039;s why I keep coming back to get my butt kicked (and I don&#039;t &#039;suck&#039; as much as I did when I started 90 days ago ... writing it down each day reminds me of that).  Happy New Year!</description>
