This is more like it, nonsense advice for getting abs!

For me this has worked the best:

1) The Paleo Diet
2) HIIT combining bodyweight exercises and kettlebells
3) Cutting out processed foods
4) Building the Large muscle groups
5) Cardio first thing before eating anything

[...] One problem: you get over to the squat rack, and some juicehead is using it to do fourteen sets of bicep curls. You then try the bench-press, and that’s been taken over by two idiots who spend fifteen minutes talking between sets. The pull up bar is in use, and the mat where you would normally do your planks has been infested by a crowd of folks doing 500 crunches (who are unfortunately clueless that it’s their diet that’s keeping them from a flat stomach).
[...] I don’t care if you are 400 pounds and haven’t exercised a day in your life: there is a better, upgraded version of yourself hiding inside. Neo couldn’t beat Morpheus in a sparring match because he wasn’t confident enough in his abilities. You might think now that you could never do what Damien did in the video above, or that you simply weigh too much and you could never have a six-pack.
Every Other Day Diet Review - Every Other Day Diet program is designed to help people lose weight in a healthy way without making them give up their favorite food. In fact, Jon Benson this guide creator of this program states that this is the only way to lose weight in a healthy way and to keep it off into the future.
