		<description>I have four or five different workout playlists on my shuffle:&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;+Workout - Chevelle&lt;br&gt;+Workout - Incubus&lt;br&gt;+Workout - Rage (Against the Machine)&lt;br&gt;+Workout - Tool&lt;br&gt;+Workout - Genius (which is based on Passive by A Perfect Circle)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Each playlist has approx 25 songs on it. I listen to the Chevelle/Incubus when I&#039;m doing cardio and the Rage/Tool/Genius mix when I&#039;m lifting.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am pleased with my shuffle but it has more room so I am looking for ideas on what to jam in the gym.</description>

		<description>Nothing helps me through my squat sets like the last minute of Rage Against the Machine - Wake Up, last 30 seconds of RATM - Killing in the Name and the last minute of RATM - Freedom. That&#039;s pretty much my 3 work sets for squats every time. Once its done, skip 1 minute into the next track on the list to rest and by the time the screaming comes, I&#039;m ready for the next set.</description>
