Hi Steve!

I read your article on The Art of Manliness blog and was very inspired! I started working out about 6 months ago with a friend of mine when he asked me to buy a bicycle and go riding with him. For the first time in over a decade, I found myself losing weight, and enjoying it too!

Sadly, the Thanksgiving and Christmas break hit and we wound down drastically. When it finally got warm and we got back on the trails, I wound up taking a small jump that I wasn't prepared for and hurt myself pretty badly. It took me about a month to recover, and then two times on the trails later, I took almost the exact same fall trying to AVOID a different jump. Again, it's taking me almost a month to recover.

I can't count the number of times that I have considered giving up over the past 2 months, but it's posts and sites like yours that have kept my mind in the game when my body could not be. I just wanted to say thanks for being willing to write such awesome articles and inspire people like me to stick with it!

I'm looking to start my own business too, so I know the things that are going through your mind. Stick with it. You have talent, knowledge, and most importantly: the will to succeed. I hope all goes well for you whatever route you take. You've certainly inspired me, and I know you'll inspire others.

Enjoy your Caribbean trip! I look forward to seeing more of your articles in my inbox soon!

Hey Steve,
Sorry I'm behind in my blog reading. I'm so excited for all your new adventures, you really deserve the best. You have been such a big help, and honestly RARELY can you find someone willing to shell out some advice without wanting something in return, so thank you so much. I def expect big things in the future for Nerd Fitness. By the way, where exactly does the cruise go? If you are in St kitts, let me know, I lived there for 2 years for med school, and can recommend some hot spots. Have fun!!!

Awesome man. If you really want to turn the site into a business, I'd recommend checking out davidrisley.com. He runs a premium membership site but also has tons of free stuff.

Hey Steve,
I stumbled across your blog a couple months ago from a link from the Art of Manliness. I run cross country in the fall but i have never been a jock or anything, and I appreciate your articles because they make me realize that i don't have to be while actually motivating me to take action for fitness! It's the first blog I read when I have little time. I'm looking forward to the future of this fellowship and how I can become more involved here as well.

Thanks for a great blog. "The Primal Blueprint" is on the way to my mailbox, and combined with the great information on this website, I look forward to reinvesting in my life at the age of 40. Have a great vacation.
