    • Cute boots, your clematis is lovely, yay new pens (hopefully a few you like in the mix), and I hear you about the eye contact. Mine has been improving since I started my new job, but I really find I stare anywhere but at the person I'm talking to on video calls. 😅
    • I got nearly 7 hours of sleep but missed it due to being woken up by an absurd amount of text messages from friends, and the invasive spices in my home know as my cat Thor. He climbed up on my bed and started to work his way under my blanket to make biscuits against my damn feet. He is an absolute bastard sometimes but I love him to bits.    I also missed my step goal but I had forgotten that my main task at work last night was to stand in place and put up sale tags then take two steps to the side and do more. Can't really get steps in when I have to stand still to do that part of my job. And when the shift ends at midnight there's no chance to get in a walk to make up the rest. But I don't have to do that again during this challenge so I should be good! 
    • Aw, thanks.     I know. I feel like my whole life revolves around managing the fatigue and lack of motivation that accompanies it. I panic whenever he suggests I should be doing more. I really really really don't want to go back to how I used to feel all the time when I was overdoing it.     Some of them were, yeah.      My brain definitely seems to be on very low battery mode a lot of the time.   Oh, he knows it's physical. He sees me wheezing after walking a slight hill, for example, and knows about POTS. It's just.... he always seems to forget the details and his mind always drifts back to the psychological aspect. There is a psychological aspect, it's just not primary in my opinion.
    • Airin Tov. If the voice in my head must call me something, I will train it to call me Airin Tov. Started practicing it yesterday and it feels good in my head.  I have a goal to change my name, and while there are fine details I'm still deciding on, the basic form of it is going to be Airin Tov SolaGratia.    Yesterday was a much better day. Got my thoughts more ordered, work went well, took a walk in a park on my way home. Decided what to cook and made my grocery order. Plan for yesterday avoid shorts✔️ foot lotion✔️ work✔️ praise music✔️ bottle of water✔️ time outside✔️ shower✔️ Choose next week's meals.✔️ grocery order✔️ paint brush and floss✔️ bed by 10 ~✔️ish... I was in bed, but started texting with my Aunt about the name I want.      Plan for today wear shorts (blind the world with my pale legs!) Avoid YT Shorts paint nails, experiment with toes. foot lotion praise music bottle of water time outside (take a walk) Painting class! more time outside? put grocery order away wash cloths hang and fold shower brush and floss bed by 10
    • Day -3:    1. Taekwondo: Completed 25-minute stretching class. ✔️ 2. Conditioning: 20 minutes bike +rehab ✔️ 3. Recovery: 7 hours sleep, up on time. ✔️ 4. Nutrition: FINALLY hit all the markers. ✔️   Good day all around yesterday. Overnight road trip today, so more of a challenge with good food and sleep. Happy weekend!
    • This challenge is an effort to document happy times.   Main quest -Step 1: if I think of a happy memory, make a note -Step 2: immediately review previous happy memories
