Complete 30 Day Plank Challenge 25 XP
Man, what a bummer. I got to day 21 of the 30 day plank challenge and faltered. Do I go from here, do another week, and complete it, or start over? How kind is "fair"?

Day 7: Not with a bang, but with a whimper. Barefoot planks are not a great option. Technically I had to do 45 seconds yesterday to fulfill the day, so technically I did. Today I've already got one in so going into week 2 will keep strong.

I'm already on Day 5 of this one. So far 11 min of planking this week. Monday: 2x 20 sec; Tuesday: 9x 20 sec; Wednesday: 4x 30 sec; Thursday: 4x 30 sec; Friday: 5x 40 sec.

img Stick to Paleo for 5 Days Straight 25 XP
Yesterday I did the Paleo thing, so that'll be day 1. Sushi, ahi with steamed broc, red beans, rice, and sausage for dinner. I even think there wasn't much, if any, snacking. Does coffee count? I'm going to say coffee doesn't count.

My Story

She woke up abruptly, knowing that the time was coming when she would have to move on. The path ahead was treacherous and long, and her burdens would be many.

That time was not yet, she knew, swinging her feet off the cot and reaching for her armor and sword. There was still time for training. But that time was not long…

I've been here before, but this time the stakes are raised with a 250 km race in November. I don't have the option to sit around and wait for destiny. Now is the time!

So here are the stats and the goals:

January 23, 2017

Current Weight: 200 lbs
Goal Weight: (Updated) 155-165 lbs

Current Body Fat Percent: 40% (recalculated on 3/1 with better metrics)
Goal Body Fat Percent: 28% by November 1st, 2017; 25% by January 1st, 2018
(Changed from 25-21 for healthier, more realistic goals.)

Current Furthest Distance Walked/Jogged at a Time: 13.1 miles
