My Story

I used to run regularly (even have a couple of marathons under my belt!) and enjoyed lifting heavy things. Along came my child 2 years ago and I've done very little for myself since. I haven't gained weight but I'm out of shape and weak. Time to get back on track and set a good example for my daughter.
