My Story

Rincewind lived a humble existence as a nerdy wizard/humanist/gamer/perfectionist/procrastinator. But, to be honest, he felt like the worst wizard, that ever existed. However, as the prophecies of old foretold, change was coming. Thanks to various crises and the birth of his children, Rincewind was forced to transform. Through the help of his loved ones and the ongoing inspiration he found at NerdFitness and the Rebellion, he finally embraced change and adventure. By setting free the powerful spell of imperfection, he actually became a better version of himself. To protect his loved ones, he is learning parkour and natural movements. He embraces his inner child/nerd, which improves all aspects of his life. Even to the outside world, he is not just an ordinary guy. He is the weird guy, who balances on curbs, jumps over rails, races shopping carts at the supermarket and stands up to do stretching moves during endless meetings at work. He trains outside, doing bodyweight training. And one time, he even ran a half-marathon without any running training, feeling great afterwards.
