Week 2: Still averaging ~1500 calories for the week and finally hitting target intake for non-gym days.

Week 1: Averaged 1500 calories for the week but still either way over or way under target intake on non-gym days. Bleh.

Week 2: I've added in a daily protein shake, which has definitely been helping. Also, making protein pancakes is a major breakfast win.

Week 3: Still no success on finding new books. I think I may go back and re-read some books I've already finished.

Week 2: Averaged about 1600 calories daily for the week so definitely didn't hit my goals. I was on vacation and my eating was al screwy; I felt sick half the time. I'm home now so I plan to get back on track.

Week 1: Managed to stick to this. Set an alarm on my phone for the evening, which was much easier to stick to than trying for lunchtime since my work days can go sideways fast.
