Remove dairy for at least a month 75 XP
Previous one-week trial of no dairy/nightshades/legumes prompted significant scale decreases, suggesting a source of inflammation. Legumes have proven fairly easy to minimize/eliminate. Nightshades are moderately more difficult, due to spices/seasonings. Dairy has proven the most challenging, due to prevalence in diet and unmatched taste/texture/versatility.

Find Lower Body Routine 15 XP
Weighted squats and bent over rows are out due to shearing force. Deadlifts out for now due to lack of space for proper form. Need a good alternative routine, particularly that hits the whole posterior chain.

New doctor and supplement routine seem to have broken some negative cycle. Currently under 290 for the first time months/years.
