My Epic Quests
I was basically sedentary until the end of college, and I didn't get very serious about getting in shape until mid-2013. I started strength training, and I liked it a lot. Now I have exhausted my noob gains, and now I am trying to find an intermediate lifting program that will allow me to get steadily stronger for the foreseeable future.
I am also interested in furthering my physical skills in other areas, including running, Parkour, and martial arts.
