A number of years ago, I noted that one side of my family is almost universally type 2 diabetic, prone to heart problems, and overweight. In the interest of avoiding all of that, I started watching my weight and exercising more. I joined Judo because freinds were worried about me, and was there for 11 years. I received my Shodan in June of 2015. I have since left and am looking for something else.
A few years ago, I saw the profile on Stacy/Spezzy and thought that Nerdfitness seemed like a cool place. I did one challenge as a recruit, one with the Assassins, and have been a Monk ever since.
