I started this site and community back in 2009 because I wanted to help people just like you lose weight, get healthier, and feel better about themselves. People that work desk jobs, have busy lives, and have decided they want to live better.

Each course comes with its own “path” to follow, high-definition exercise demonstrations, months and months of exercise programming, nutrition advice based on your goals, a special community for “students,” and more.

Spending the past two months with the Rebel Women who have joined The Academy have made me so excited for the future of this platform. It’s a perfect medium for us to help people and provide specific advice that we can update and improve on the fly.
I’m confident that starting on January 1st, we’ll be able to help out the Rebels of Nerd Fitness in a more technologically advanced and interactive way. The future is bright!
