I’ve been running Nerd Fitness since early 2009, and discovered Mark’s Daily Apple a few years back while researching the Paleo Diet. I have been hooked ever since. I link to more articles from Mark’s Daily Apple than probably every other site combined on Nerd Fitness – that’s how great of a resource it is!
