My Story

As a young gnome, Parsnip enjoyed climbing things, exploring the outdoors and swinging around like a monkey on everything. She became ill around her 19th birthday, without energy to enjoy her outdoor activities. But she persevered, riding her bike and rollerblading when she could and learning lots about autoimmune diseases and how to get her body back into balance.

After working diligently at it, her health eventually turned around - finally achieved while undertaking a five month journey through Europe with her partner, Fojin.

Parsnip is now 26, working by day as a humble surveyor, while building her strength back to it's youthful levels. She is still attempting many new adventures with Fojin to this day.
