Just a few years ago, Scott found himself in the best shape of his life and on a collision course with disaster. Unable to allow himself rest, and allowing excuses to interfere with progress, he began a downward spiral back into obesity.
Starting a fantastic job that allowed world travel proved the tipping point. The bad habits mounted, the binge eating overpowered him, and Scott hit the wall. He knew if things didn't change, he'd wind up in a hotel room with a heart attack or stroke, miles from home.
He thought back to his former super life. Could he recreate the circumstances that led to fitness? No! He could do better. Be smarter.
He cut out a bad habit. Added a good one. Repeated the process. His exercises became workouts. His eating became healthy. He embraced the concept of recovery days and rest.
Now, Scott uses body weight calisthenics along with pull-up rings to transform his body. He supplements this with HIIT, Yoga, Swimming, the occasional mile run, and free weights.
The pounds have melted off. The blood pressure excellent. And he is well on his way to transforming into the fit master of his own body he's always wanted to be.
