11/27 - I sucked at the treadmill today. I did 10 minutes of elliptical to warm up before my weight training. When I got back on the treadmill to run, I was just wiped out and ended up walking at an incline at about 3.8 mph instead. I'll try this again this week for sure.

My Story

This hobbit has just finished Nursing Theory courses, and I'm on a wait list for the Clinical Practicum. In the meantime, I am looking to work on myself. First up, lose the weight I've put on while in school. Time to get healthier, and become a better me.
