My Story

Steve was just a humble boy growing up in a sleepy fishing village on Cape Cod, MA. He went off to explore the South, moved west, returned defeated but inspired, and discovered that my destiny lay with written words, lifted weights, and a rebellion of underdogs.

Since then I’ve embraced my prophecy and have begun building a rebel army. By day, Steve Kamb is an ordinary man with an ordinary job; he dutifully works hard, struggling with everyday challenges just like anybody else, and he spends most of his days at a desk trying to grow a business. His flaws are that he is risk- averse, shy, a picky eater, and afraid of quite a few things—like bugs and snakes—but more important, afraid of a life of boredom. Unknown to those around him, Steve is destined for bigger and better things, and now he has a secret.

Steve has an alter ego, a superhero version of himself who is capable of far greater things than anybody ever expected of him. His name? Rebel One. On nights and weekends, when he wasn’t at his day job, Steve slowly developed a character who could do all the things the normal Steve couldn’t: travel to far-off lands, explore exotic and dangerous locations, learn new skills in rapid fashion, and be able to get into or out of any situation. Steve and his alter ego are like a modern day Indiana Jones: making discoveries, helping those in need, and creating a lifetime of stories and adventures. He dutifully splits time between the two lives, cycling and transforming with each completed quest or mission.
