I have been in and out of the gym for the past 3 years. While I have never really been too out of shape or over weight. I am looking to make a change and finally have something stick. My two main weaknesses are sticking to my routine as I will hit it hard for a week or two, then I will slack off for a month. My second weakness is eating. I usually eat pretty good but my portions are way too large... and as I have the mentality to "not waste food" I usually eat way too much. I am looking to make a change and become healthier and lose some body fat.
