Coach Holly could be the Coach for you!

Holly knows what it’s like to try all the diets and never see progress. She believed it was impossible to overcome her family history and genetics. Holly found a coach to help navigate long standing eating patterns and build consistent fitness routines.  Having support on the journey was so impactful that she knew she wanted to help others break down their own barriers.

As a coach, Holly provides an empathetic, non-judgmental and humor filled space to dig deep. Holly loves talking all things food, strategizing plans for consistency and helping clients always have a plan b ready to go! She enjoys getting creative with fitness, having had to work out in hotels while working on the road and at home with limited equipment.

Strength training, finding sustainable habit change, leveling up nutrition habits, and working with women in perimenopause/menopause are in her wheelhouse but Holly can work with clients in many areas to find a path that works for them!

LOTR!! I was definitely at all the midnight showings and even saw Two Towers at Radio City with a live choir and orchestra last year.

What are you passionately nerdy about?

I love reading and listening to books and podcasts! (Audiobooks count) We created a home library this year and it makes my nerd heart the happiest. I will read anything. Currently on a fantasy bender but always open to all recommendations.
