Taylor has been awesome for me. Never once has he made me feel bad about anything. If I miss a workout or my diet goals for the week, he’s always been understanding and helped me figure out what we need to do so I DON’T miss them in the future. When I ask for something specific such as a workout a stretching program to target something specific, he comes back extremely fast with something that fits my time restraint and attacks my issue directly. Taylor has been absolutely fantastic for me, and the results show that he knows what he’s doing.

Taylor has a great well of knowledge and experience. He is a consummate cheerleader. He is a voice of reason when necessary but remains open to all ideas. We get along so well, I think because we both come at this like it is a grand experiment, and that has made all the difference.

Coach Taylor is an incredible trainer-encouraging, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in my success. He inspires me to take ownership of my goals while sharing his expertise in fitness, health, and overall well-being. Taylor has been a game-changer in helping me achieve my goals. 💫

I love working with Coach Taylor. He does all the standard coach things you would expect, like designing workouts and providing nutrition feedback, and he even makes sure they are tailored to my own goals and likes, too, which is great. But it’s the extra-ordinary coach stuff that keeps me coming back: he acknowledges and helps me remember that we are real people with actual other things in our lives and our minds than optimizing fitness and that sometimes appreciating a great cocktail is exactly what’s needed. He also latches onto what motivates ME as a complex person and rolls with it. I’m just saying: a workout called “Arya’s Assassin Training” is so much more exciting to do than “Upper Body B”.

There are so many things I could say about Taylor: he’s supportive, encouraging, and an outside-of-the-box thinker. But I think the thing I like most about him is that he perseveres. I have had a cyclical love-hate relationship with getting healthy over my life. He isn’t a rah-rah kind of coach that pushes and bullies you into doing things, but he’s always looking for a creative way to meet you where you are and come up with one small step you can make in the right direction. Even if you are at the “I would rather have a large Coke with a dessert chaser” kind of day. I appreciate his kindness and his ingenuity in getting around my mental blocks.

I wholeheartedly recommend Coach Taylor. From the start, he has been incredibly intuitive and supportive, offering a compassionate and collaborative coaching style that has been essential during challenging moments. He constantly reminds me of my successes and progress, while also providing valuable recommendations and insights that reignite my motivation and help me stay on course. Coach Taylor tailors his approach to my specific dietary and medical needs, ensuring his guidance aligns with the advice from my healthcare team. I truly appreciate the regular monthly video calls, which make me feel supported and never alone in this journey. On top of that, his sense of humor is fantastic—he’s not just a coach, but also a friend. I’m so grateful to have him in my corner and recommend him without hesitation.

Coach Taylor is an incredible coach! He is funny, caring and encourages me to be the best version of myself. My fitness journey has been rocky to say the least. I have a high intensity job and have gotten sick many times, but through all of the ups and downs Coach Taylor has been there to inspire me to keep going. Coach Taylor checks in every day and he is always willing to speed up or slow down as I need. Coach Taylor helps instill a good mentality to celebrate your wins and not dwell on the losses. He really listens to your feedback so he can help tender the perfect fitness plan. I feel like Coach Taylor truly cares about me as a person and my health. Coach Taylor, thank you! You rock dude!

Star Wars or Lord of the Rings
LoTR hands down. No questions asked. My wife has caught me shouting “you shall not pass” many times at my dog while holding a broom!
Favorite Video Game of All Time
I’d have to say Halo 3. Although, I still tell people that Bioshock 3 was the best piece of media I’ve ever consumed in my lifetime. Maybe I just like the number 3….
What are you passionately nerdy about?
My wife would say FPS games. I would say anything that has to do with Jim Carrey impersonations, and watching movies with the driest humor like “Kung Pow: Enter the Fist”
