Coach Taylor could be the Coach for you!

With a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and 8 years of experience as a Kinesiologist, Coach Taylor has developed personalized programs for his clients based on their unique genetic makeup and their personal fitness goals.

He also carries a large amount of experience with individuals focused on athletic performance, injury mitigation and recovery, eating disorders, and those stuck behind mental barriers concerning health and wellness.

Coach Taylor’s style is encouraging and enthusiastic, with a generous helping of comedy relief. It’s important to him to help walk his clients through the mindset aspects related to change and make sure the process not only fits into your lifestyle, but you also have fun along the way!

From a fitness perspective, he excels with clients interested in strength training, improving their mobility, and injury recovery/mitigation.

Nutritionally, he helps clients find a more balanced form of eating that allows you to still enjoy what you love, and he also has experience helping clients overcome disordered eating. With each step of the way, Coach Taylor will help you focus on being prepared for any situation so you’re set up for success!

Star Wars or Lord of the Rings

LoTR hands down. No questions asked. My wife has caught me shouting “you shall not pass” many times at my dog while holding a broom!

Favorite Video Game of All Time

I’d have to say Halo 3. Although, I still tell people that Bioshock 3 was the best piece of media I’ve ever consumed in my lifetime. Maybe I just like the number 3….

What are you passionately nerdy about?

My wife would say FPS games. I would say anything that has to do with Jim Carrey impersonations, and watching movies with the driest humor like “Kung Pow: Enter the Fist”
