This is your All-Access Page to your Nerd Fitness Coaching Client Bonus Bundle! Each Piece of training below is intended to help you level up your progress with your Nerd Fitness Coach.

You don’t have to watch these in any particular order. However, the order of the training descriptions below is what we recommend:

1. Training One: The Power Up Call, led by Coach Taylor Thomas and Coach Jim Bathurst. Best to watch after you fill out your onboarding document! You will learn what our most successful clients are doing and how to get the MOST out of your time with your Nerd Fitness Coach.

2. Training Two: The Valley Of Disappointment Call, led by Coach Matt. Best to watch when you are first getting to know your coach OR when you feel like you’re at a plateau with your progress.

3. Training Three: The Pressure Gauge System, led by Coach Jim and Nerd Fitness Founder, Steve Kamb. Learn how to master consistency, in a way that is realistic for your life and schedule. Best to watch when you feel like life is really busy and you don’t have time, this training will help you build the system to always have time for something!

4. Training Four: A Six Part Anti-Challenge Series, led by Coach Jim B and co-hosted by several Nerd Fitness Coaches! best to watch if you’re about to respawn (you’ll learn all about respawning with your coach!). There are six 20-40 minute videos in the Anti-Challenge series.

5. Training Five: How Fast Can I Expect To Lose Weight? Led by Coach Matt. Best to watch if weight loss is your goal! This training is meant to help you set your goals, understand why weight fluctuates and what’s needed to lose weight without letting the scale tell the entire tale!

6. Training Six: Understanding and Addressing Emotional Eating, led by Coach Jim and Coach Monica. They’ll cover WHY we stress eat and 3 methods to address our triggers. Find your worksheet here.
