All of our free characters have access to hundreds of fitness quests of all types. As you grow, you may want to specialize in a single class (like Warriors for Strength, Druids for Yoga, or Monks for Martial Arts) to niche down your fitness goals even further.

Your character is your alter-ego in our fun fitness world. Name yourselves, tell us about who you are (fictional you OR the real you), and fill in the goals you want to accomplish using the fun quest tracking and leveling system. Your profile can be public or private - it’s all up to you!

We all know the best part of any game… DING! Leveling up. Nerd Fitness is no different. As you mark off quests as done from any class or category, you’ll earn XP that will build you towards the next level. We have quests for all fitness levels, all shapes, and all sizes!
