If you’ve been reading the site for a while, you know that I’m a big fan of the Paleo Diet.
My “Beginner’s Guide to the Paleo Diet” is one of the most read, shared, discussed, and commented on articles on Nerd Fitness. My friend Saint (the 60-pounds overweight to 6-pack abs guy you just read about) found true success when he started eating Paleo. The weight loss portions of the Rebel Fitness Guide and Rebel Strength Guide are heavily built around the Paleo Philosophy.
But I understand that not everybody is a literal learner, and sometimes pictures and graphs can go much farther in explanation.
Enter the Paleolithic Diet, a new site that I’m sure is making a tremendous splash with this kick-ass infographic on the history, biology, and ideals the Paleo lifestyle. I found this over on their site, but with a link at the bottom asking to Embed, I figured it’d be okay to post it here, as it really is a kick-ass graphic.

Enter Robb Wolf (of course a guy with the last name “Wolf”runs a Paleo site) of the Paleo Solution Podcast. I’ve only listened to one or two episodes, but I know a lot of NF readers LOVE them, and I’ve read Robb’s The Paleo Solution and really really enjoyed it.
Now go eat like a caveman!
