The Rebel Strength Guide is NOW AVAILABLE!

It’s done.  It’s available.  I’m exhausted.

The Rebel Strength Guide is now available for sale – I told myself I’d launch at 10:00AM, and managed to hit the GO button around 11:30AM.  Not too shabby, considering I missed my last launch by a week!

I’m so happy that this book is done. I’ve been trying to build strength and muscle for the past decade, dreamed about writing this book since starting Nerd Fitness three years ago, thought about writing it a year ago, started writing it seven months ago, partnered up with my friend and fitness guru Vic Magary to make it even better four months ago, and finished everything up a few hours ago.  I’m really really excited with how this thing turned out.

Rather than repost everything that’s in the guide here, I’m just going to link to the Rebel Strength Guide launch page.

The guide is available at a $10 discount (only $29 for the regular version and $39 for the deluxe version) until Thursday night at 11:59pm EST.  After that, the prices jump back to normal.  To put things in perspective, that’s like half the cost of an Xbox360 game, or one round of drinks out a bar.  Not too shabby.

Also, a congrats are in order for Joe, because he was just hired as programmer for HiRez Studios, the company behind the game Tribes.  I’m going to make sure Joe has that entire company wearing NF shirts within the first week.
  • Mike Bridgman and Topher Fangio, who did the design and install respectively of the NEW LOOK Nerd Fitness Message Boards! Mike designed this site and the boards…now us Rebels have a place to call home that we can really be proud of.  And Topher made sure I didn’t blow up the server.
  • Andy Campbell, who worked tirelessly over the weekend, last minute, to edit my typos and grammatical flubs.Baker, thanks for the intro, Andy’s the man!
  • The Nerd Fitness community – seriously. I spent a few hours this past weekend poking around on the message boards with a big smile on my face.  Rebels meeting up with other rebels in real life, new introductions from people all over the world, amazing success stories…I fell really honored to be part of something so special.  Thank you.
  • Vic Magary – I cannot thank Vic enough for the amount of work he put into this guide – I couldn’t have done it without him.  .  I’ve never met the man in person, but I trust him with my life.
