These are the exact same types of workouts we use in our 1-on-1 coaching program.

Take Christina, for example.

Christina is somebody who has gained and lost the same weight more times than she can count. She grew up with negative self-talk, chased lose-weight-quick strategies, and struggled to love herself through the ups and downs.

Together with her coach, Christina worked to reroute those old patterns. They key was structure with flexibility for when things didn’t go to plan.

Not only did she lose weight sustainably, she accomplished her first ever pullup, and is working on other things like handstands (something she never thought she’d be able to do!)

“I realized that exercise is something I’m lucky to be able to do.

Thanks to these two years, I can now snowboard, I can hike, I can walk through downtown Boulder without open-mouth breathing.

I can do things I want to do, even if they’re hard, without beating myself up.”

These workouts are just the start – the fastest progress happens when you have a plan built for your goals, equipment, and schedule.
