Announcing the Rebel Fitness Guide Affiliate Program (plus a few other updates)!

I know, I’m as excited as this little kid!

A few months back, I released the Rebel Fitness Guide to the world.  Being my first product and all, I really didn’t know what to expect as far as sales go.  I’m overwhelmingly excited and proud to say that since July, more than 200 rebels in training have picked up the guide and have been leveling up their lives ever since.  What’s awesome is that the guide continues to sell steadily!

Last month, I set up a test version of an affiliate program for other folks who had websites that wanted to sell the Rebel Fitness Guide.  The test went well: I’ve already paid out a few hundred bucks in commissions, and paying folks makes me happy, so I want to officially launch the Rebel Fitness Guide Affiliate program today!

If you have your own website and want to help promote the Rebel Fitness Guide, simply head over to the Affiliates Page for more info.

If you’re not interested, you can skip to the two quick updates at the bottom – things will be back to normal on Thursday!

For every person that buys the guide by clicking through from your site, you’ll receive a 50% commission for every guide sold – $18.50 for every Rebel Fitness Guide (Basic Version) sold, and $24.50 for every Rebel Fitness Guide (Deluxe Version) sold.  When you factor in my PayPal fees, you’re actually making MORE money off my guide than I am – not a bad deal!

To answer your first question, yes I do offer a 90-day 100% money back guarantee on the guide – but that doesn’t affect you in the slightest.

If somebody buys the guide and then decides to return it at some point in the future, you’ll keep your commission.  Why am I okay with this?  Because that’s how strongly I believe in the product.  I’ve sold over 200 of them and so far I’ve had two returns: one guy was already in incredible shape and wanted something super advanced, and the other guy was a med student who realized that he just didn’t have time this fall to get started.

I’ve poured my heart and soul into the RFG, I know it gets results, and I know it produces happy customers 🙂

How to promote the guide

I want to help you promote the Rebel Fitness Guide on your site, so let me know how I can help.  Here are a few ideas:

  • Write a review of the Rebel Fitness Guide on your blog.
  • Spread the word with your affiliate link on Twitter or Facebook.
  • Interview me via email or skype and post it on your blog.  I’m up for whatever!
  • Offer an additional service to your readers for buying the guide from your link (1-on-1 support from you, a free report you’ve written, etc.)

If you want help promoting it on your site, simply let me know and we can schedule some sort of interview, Q&A, or whatever floats your boat.  I apologize in advance that the next 3 weeks are going to be absolutely insane, as I’ll be out of the country with limited internet access for something like 15 of 17 days, but I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.  Here are a few examples of interviews or reviews that have already been done:

If you’ve done a review of the guide and I forgot to include it, let me know and I’ll add it here to the list.

A different kind of interview

Last week, I was interviewed by Scott McCrann over at Fuel Your Endurance Lifestyle. Although it does have a fitness focus, covering my favorite physical activities growing up and now, the interview also covers a bunch of stuff about the business aspect of Nerd Fitness and how my life has gone since making the transition to running my own company.

If you’re interested about any of this stuff, check it out!

Last month’s 28-day challenge winner

I’m always so behind on these things, but I’m going to get better (someday…)  Last month, we had dozens of folks sign up for the September 28-day challenge.  So who emerged victorious from the masses?

DaveInBris!

In his first month of trying a 28-day challenge, Dave pretty much rocked it. He completely redesigned his diet, eating 95% of his meals in Paleo fashion, dropped a bunch of weight while lowering his body fat percentage, and did more work in a month on setting up a business than most people do in a year.  If you want to see his RIDICULOUSLY analytical self-assessment, check out this thread – it starts about halfway down.

Thanks for kicking ass Dave, and congratulations. You sir, have leveled up your life. +1 for you.

And that will rap up today’s business focused post – back to your regularly scheduled programing on Thursday!

-Steve
