Hey I’m Steve (the one on the left). Thanks for stopping by Nerd Fitness!
I’d love to hear what you’re up to, and how I can help you out along the way. If you’re interested in doing an interview with me or having me come speak at your company/school/wherever, let me know as well.
A FEW GUIDELINES:
I’m constantly traveling and on the move, so it can take us up to a week to get back to you! Thanks for keeping your email SHORT (just a few sentences) so me or somebody from Team Nerd Fitness can get back to everybody that emails in! If you need an immediate answer to a question, try the Nerd Fitness community or find me on Twitter (@SteveKamb).
Honestly, I have never received an email that was too short.
Unfortunately, I can’t create a specific workout plan for you (we offer plenty of free ones on the site and have The Nerd Fitness Academy). If you have basic fitness questions or need specific advice on workouts or diets, check out the Nerd Fitness message boards! It’s a community of thousands and thousands of fellow nerds who want to help you out. Definitely the coolest group of people I’ve ever been a part of.
BEFORE YOU EMAIL US: do a simple google search “Nerd Fitness + [subject]”…there’s a good chance I’ve already written a 2000+ word article about it! Don’t make me use “let me google that for you,” please 🙂
WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING GUEST POST SUBMISSIONS. Although we may post guest posts on Nerd Fitness from time to time, they are articles written by my friends that I have personally reached out to, to write on a particular subject.
TO ALL FITNESS AND DIET COMPANIES:
I don’t promote the use of supplements on Nerd Fitness, so please don’t email us about your “amazing supplement!” I won’t review it, I won’t use it, I won’t promote it.
I don’t do product or service reviews, so don’t ask me to review your product or service. If you have an awesome product and it’s helping lots of people get healthy, I’ll hear about it from people who love it and then I’ll contact you.
I don’t run any advertising on Nerd Fitness, and that includes paid links or articles.
I don’t post press releases or news stories – if you email me a copy/paste generic press release, it’s going right into spam. Mmmm spam…
Thanks for keeping your emails short so we can respond to everybody!
You can email us at email@example.com.
For the Rebellion!
